Located at 383 East I Street and 921 East 4th Street, CDV consists of a total of 80 units. CDV is an independent living apartment complex, which does not provide additional services. All units consist of one bedroom. Amenities include refrigerator, electric stove community room and on site laundry. Grocery store, public library, senior center, community center and post office are all located blocks away and within walking distance.

Located at 1000 block of Rose Drive. Applicants must have an annual income of 80% or less of the area medium income. The development consists of 50 units ranging from one bedroom to four bedrooms. Amenities include: refrigerator, dishwasher, washer & dryer hookups. All units, except 1 bedroom units have 2 full bathrooms.
